Debt recovery is difficult at the best of times. As a hotel owner it’s a huge financial burden that damages cash flow and profit. Most of the time any debts owed are recovered by just a few friendly reminders. Other times debts can take months and months to resolve and in the dry periods the costs become even more severe.
